Meet Morgan!
Wellness Coach
Hello! My name is Morgan, and I was born in Colorado. I am a graduate of Fort Lewis College where I received my Bachelors in both Psychology and Political Science with an emphasis in Forensic Studies.
I also obtained the Latin Honors Distinction of Summa Cum Laude and inductions into three notable honor societies: Psi Chi (The International Honors Society in Psychology), Pi Sigma Alpha (the National Political Science Honor Society), and Sigma Alpha Pi (the National Society of Leadership and Success).
Currently, I am a full-time first-year doctoral student studying to earn my PsyD in Clinical Psychology. Additionally, I am a researcher and psychometrist while also having experience as a forensic mental health clinician for those transitioning out of prisons and hospitals who are now on parole or probation.
Ultimately, I want to become a forensic psychologist. As an evaluator, I plan to provide both criminal (NGRI, competency, SCC/Sex Offender, diminished capacity, malingering, etc.) and civil (involuntary commitment, fitness for duty, etc.) evaluations as an expert witness. As a psychotherapist, I would like to offer counseling to either inmates or military/ law enforcement members in the hopes of helping them process trauma, overcome grief, regulate nervous systems, and eliminate inflammation to help either population better live in their communities.
